If you are considering Year-Round Garden Care, these are the questions most homeowners want answered first.

Do I have to be home?

No. Most clients are not home. As long as we have access and a clear brief, we handle the visit and let you get on with your day.

What areas do you cover?

We focus on Rayleigh, Leigh-on-Sea, Hockley and nearby roads so we can keep the route tight and the service reliable.

Can I skip a visit or reschedule?

Yes. Just give us notice and we will move the visit to the next sensible slot where possible.

Is there a long contract?

The service is set up as a 12-month Year-Round Garden Care plan, with the first 60 days covered by our Love It or Leave It guarantee.

How do payments work?

One clear monthly payment covers the ongoing service. No piecemeal pricing and no surprise invoices every time we visit.

What's not included?

Tree surgery, re-planting schemes, fencing, patios, gutters and other larger one-off works sit outside the regular plan. We quote those separately or refer trusted partners.
